DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

SB Designs currently delivers orders across Egypt through trusted third-party courier services.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, or high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery usually takes approximately 2–7 business days after the order has been dispatched, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING FEES

The applicable delivery fee will be displayed during checkout or communicated when the order is confirmed.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

• Mobile number
• Delivery address
• Building, floor, and apartment details
• Any additional delivery instructions

SB Designs is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

FAILED DELIVERY

If an order is returned because the customer could not be contacted, refused delivery, or provided incorrect information, an additional delivery fee may be required before the order is shipped again.

ORDER INSPECTION

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If the order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and provide your order number and clear photos.
