REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting SB Designs as soon as possible.

Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be handled according to the return conditions below.

RETURN REQUESTS

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, perfume, makeup, or misuse will not be accepted.

SWIMWEAR AND HYGIENE-SENSITIVE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene protection, packaging, or tags have been removed, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, SB Designs will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs when returning an item because of preference, size, or change of mind.

SB Designs will cover reasonable return delivery costs if the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The time required for the amount to appear may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, another suitable item or a refund may be offered.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.
